Shipping

 All orders are shipped within 2 business days, and typically arrive in 2-5 business days if ordering within the United States. We charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping, which will be added to your order at checkout.

Returns

You may return unopened products for replacement, refund, or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact the Fantozzi Honey Company at fantozzihoneyco@gmail.com, and include your reason for returning the item as well as your order number. 

To return an item, place it securely in the original or a similar package, and mail your return to the following address:

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for us to process your refund or exchange, and return the purchase price of your return item to your original form of payment.
